Definitely. We have a few basic requirements for self-supplied cards:
- Has a smooth surface
- Sufficient space for us to write your name(s) or message
- A small quantity of spare cards, in the event of last minute name changes or additions
You can post your cards to us, or if you are based in Sydney we may be able to arrange for pick-up.
Yes. We offer a variety of sturdy premium 220 to 350gsm card stock.
We have over 100 colour and sizes variants available.
Our prices start from $1.00 per card.
Yes. Depending on the location of your event, we have calligraphers that are fluent in a range of languages including:
- Chinese (Mandarin)
- Chinese (Cantonese)
- Korean
- Vietnamese
Pricing
Yes. Due to the nature and time requirements of custom calligraphy, there is a minimum spend of $150.
This can be achieved through a combination of services and products, and does not need to be limited to a single product or service type.
Duration
For a name or short message, between 3 to 5 minutes.
However, the exact timing can vary depending on the exact message to be written and material being written on.
Our standard processing time is 3 to 7 days, exclusive of return postage time. Exact timings may vary depending on the size of the order.
For urgent orders, we offer our Priority Personalisation Service for Next business day* delivery and weekend requests.
This is available for an additional surcharge of 40% of the total order value.

Definitely. We understand last minute name changes happen all the time.
If you expect that there may be late changes, please let us know early on and provide us with extras to write on.
As soon as you are aware of the changes, contact us and we’ll make the changes before we send them back out to you.
All extra names will be priced at the same rate as originals, and a revised invoice will be issued upon completion.
Delivery
Yes. We ship using both Australia Post and Couriers.
For major capital cities, shipping time ranges from 1 to 4 business days.
For urgent requests, we can arrange for next day delivery by courier.
Yes. We ship internationally on request.
An international postage fee will be added to your order, dependent on the size and weight of your order.
No. However, depending on your circumstance we may offer to make an exception.

Location and Availability
We are based in Sydney, Australia. We have locations in both Concord and Wynyard, NSW.
Yes. We service regional areas located outside of a Greater Metropolitan City area, however are still within 2.5 hours of the CBD.
An out-of-area service fee of $125 per day will be applicable.
